We offer a 10-year guarantee on our timber windows and doors, provided they are maintained regularly. Maintenance includes:

• Painted External Surfaces – Clean with untreated water, sand lightly with 180-grit sanding pads when dry, remove dust, and reapply an equivalent paint every few years.
• Internal Surfaces – Maintain as per external surfaces or in your preferred colour.
• Glass – Clean internal and external glass surfaces regularly with a detergent-free glass cleaner, finishing with a microfiber cloth for a streak-free shine.

Additionally, we provide a 5-year guarantee on ironmongery for manufacturing defects. Accidental damage is not covered.

7. How often should I repaint my windows and doors?

To keep your windows and doors in the best condition, we recommend repainting external surfaces every few years, depending on exposure to weather conditions.

8. How do I maintain my timber doors and windows?
